Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, excluding any return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

The product must:

• Be unused

• Be returned in its original condition and packaging

• Be complete, including any accessories

If the product has been used, damaged, or returned incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for any loss in value.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken

• Products that have been customised or specially made for the customer

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used to place the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@powerstrap.nl.

Please include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We will then provide an appropriate solution.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the product is received.

If a pre-order is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge.
